1. Order Verification & Processing

• Once an order is received, our team carefully reviews and verifies it to ensure that the order is

• We generally process and dispatch all confirmed orders within 2–3 working days.
• In rare situations, if an item is temporarily out of stock, we wait for fresh stock to arrive and
  immediately inform the customer of the delay.

2. Packaging Standards

• All orders are packed in high-quality, strong, branded FridayCharm.com corrugated boxes, ensuring
  maximum safety and protection during transit.
• We use secure, tamper-proof packaging to safeguard your perfumes from damage, leakage, or
  breakage.
• Our team takes every step to hand over your parcel to the DHL pickup personnel in perfect
  condition.

3. Shipping & Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched:
• You will receive an email or SMS notification
• Along with the DHL tracking number / Air Waybill (AWB)
• Allowing you to track your shipment in real time

4. Customs Inspection

In some countries, parcels may be opened by customs authorities for routine inspection.
This is a standard procedure and completely outside our control. DHL ensures the parcel is properly
repacked and sealed before continuing transit.

5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Our responsibility covers the shipment from origin to destination country only. Any custom duty, VAT, import tax, or clearance fee imposed by the destination country is not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the customer.
