This policy explains where we ship, what it costs, how long it takes, and what happens if something goes wrong. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Who Ships Your Order

Orders placed on faisalabdulrehman.com are packed and dispatched by Blazon Digital Media, 406, Besto Chamber, Simlim Square, Near Bhadkamkar Marg Police Station, Dr. Dadasaheb Bhadkamkar Marg, Grant Road East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400007, India.

All international orders are shipped from Mumbai, India via DHL Express with full end-to-end tracking.

2. Where We Ship

We currently deliver to the following countries:

North America: United States
Europe: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Poland
Asia-Pacific: Australia

If your country is not listed, we are not currently able to accept your order. Please contact us and we will tell you whether we can arrange delivery.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight-forwarding addresses. DHL Express requires a physical street address and a contactable phone number.

3. Processing Time

Orders are verified and dispatched within 2 to 3 working days of payment confirmation.

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Indian public holidays.

If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you within 2 working days and offer you a choice of: waiting for restock with a stated date, substituting an alternative product, or a full refund of that item. If we cannot restock within 14 days, we will refund you automatically without you needing to ask.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times below are DHL Express estimates from the date of dispatch, not from the date of order. Add processing time from Section 3.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs clearance, weather, and courier delays can extend transit times and are outside our control.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery country and the weight of your order. Your exact shipping charge is displayed before you pay, and no additional shipping charges are applied after checkout.

All prices on this website and all shipping charges are shown in US Dollars (USD).

6. Customs Duties, Import Taxes and VAT

Please read this section before ordering.

Your order ships from India. Depending on your country and order value, your government may charge import duty, VAT, GST, or a customs clearance fee when the parcel arrives.

These charges are:

• Not included in the product price or the shipping charge shown at checkout
• Set by your government, not by us
• Payable by you, the recipient, directly to DHL or your customs authority
• Not refundable by us under any circumstances

DHL will normally contact you directly to collect any amount due before delivery.

If you refuse to pay import charges and the parcel is returned to us or destroyed by customs, see Section 9.

7. Tracking Your Order

When your order is dispatched you will receive an email containing your DHL Air Waybill (AWB) number. You can track your parcel at dhl.com using that number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to become active.

If you have not received a tracking number within 4 working days of placing your order, contact us at faisal@asrehexports.com with your order number.

8. Packaging and Customs Inspection

Every order is packed in tamper-evident, protective packaging designed to prevent leakage and breakage in transit.

Fragrances are shipped in accordance with applicable international air transport regulations for the carriage of alcohol-based products.

Customs authorities in some countries open a proportion of incoming parcels for routine inspection. Where this happens, DHL reseals the parcel before onward transit. This is a standard legal procedure, it does not indicate a problem with your order, and it is entirely outside our control.

9. Failed, Refused and Returned Deliveries

Incorrect address. You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address and a working phone number. If a parcel is undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, and it is returned to us, we will refund the product value less the outbound shipping cost and any return freight charged to us. If you ask us to reship, the new shipping charge is payable by you.

Refused delivery. If you refuse to accept the parcel, or refuse to pay import duties, and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the product value less outbound shipping and any return freight and customs charges we incur. If customs destroys the parcel rather than returning it, we cannot issue a refund.

Failed delivery attempts. DHL will normally make multiple attempts and leave contact instructions. If the parcel is unclaimed and returned to origin, the terms above apply.

Lost in transit. If DHL tracking shows no movement for 10 consecutive working days, contact us. We will open a formal trace with DHL. If DHL confirms the parcel is lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping, at your choice.

10. Changing or Cancelling an Order

You can cancel or change your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Email faisal@asrehexports.com with your order number as soon as possible. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.

Once a parcel has been handed to DHL, it cannot be cancelled or recalled. Your rights after dispatch are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
