In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Blazon Digital Media. "You" means the person using this website or placing an order. "Site" means faisalabdulrehman.com.

2. Agreement to These Terms

By browsing this Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, all of which form part of this agreement.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this Site.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country of residence, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the payment method used belongs to you or that you have authorisation to use it.

4. Our Products

We are a retailer. The majority of our catalogue consists of fragrances produced by third-party perfume houses, including but not limited to Rasasi, Lattafa, Afnan, Swiss Arabian, Armaf, Ajmal, Al Haramain, Khadlaj, Abdul Samad Al Qurashi, Ahmed Al Maghribi and Arabian Oud. We do not manufacture these products. We purchase them through legitimate supply channels and resell them.

We also produce our own fragrances. The Faisal Abdul Rehman Premium collection consists of attars and perfume oils created under our own brand name. Where a product is our own, it is labelled as such.

All third-party brand names, trademarks and logos are the property of their respective owners. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official representative of any third-party brand unless expressly stated on the relevant product page.

5. Product Descriptions and Images

We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including brand, fragrance family, notes, concentration and volume.

Product photographs are provided for illustration. Actual packaging, bottle design, cap finish and label may vary where a manufacturer updates its own packaging. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen.

Fragrance is subjective. The way a scent develops varies with skin chemistry, climate and application. A difference between your experience and a written description is not a product defect.

We do not sell testers, decants, refills, or unbranded reproductions represented as branded goods.

6. Pricing and Currency

All prices on this Site are displayed in US Dollars (USD).

Prices exclude shipping charges, which are calculated and displayed at checkout, and exclude any import duties, VAT or customs charges levied by your country. See our Shipping Policy.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the moment you complete checkout.

Where a product is shown at a discount, the higher price shown alongside it is a genuine price at which the product has previously been offered on this Site.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of items may be mispriced due to human or system error. If we discover a pricing error affecting an order you have placed, we will contact you before dispatch and offer you the choice of confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

7. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation.

We may refuse or cancel an order, in whole or in part, where:

• The product is out of stock
• There is a pricing or product description error
• Payment authorisation fails or the transaction is flagged for fraud
• The delivery address is in a country we do not ship to, or is a PO Box or freight-forwarding address
• We reasonably believe the order is for commercial resale without our agreement
• We are unable to verify the identity of the purchaser

If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

We may limit quantities per customer, per household, or per order.

8. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Diners Club and Discover through a secure, PCI-DSS-compliant checkout.

Payment is taken at the time of order. We do not store your full card number, CVV or expiry date. See our Privacy Policy.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Our shipping terms, delivery estimates, customs and duty position, and the treatment of lost, refused and undelivered parcels are set out in full in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

10. Returns, Refunds and Cancellation

Our returns, replacement, refund and cancellation terms are set out in full in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. That policy also sets out the statutory withdrawal rights of customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom.

11. Product Safety and Use

Fragrance products are for external use only. Keep away from eyes, do not ingest, and keep out of reach of children.

Fragrances are alcohol-based and flammable. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and open flame.

Perfumes may cause allergic reactions or skin sensitivity in some individuals. If you have sensitive skin or known fragrance allergies, test on a small area first. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs and seek medical advice.

We make no medical, therapeutic or health claims about any product sold on this Site.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site that we own — including text, page design, our logo, our brand name, and our own product photography — is our property and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, or exploit any part of this Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Manufacturer-supplied images and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for the purpose of describing the products we sell.

13. Your Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe has been used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

14. Reviews and Submissions

If you submit a review, comment, photograph or other content to this Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and reproduce it in connection with our business.

You confirm that any content you submit is your own, is truthful, and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or unrelated to the product.

We do not publish fabricated reviews and we do not remove genuine negative reviews solely because they are unfavourable.

You may not use this Site to break any law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malicious code, harvest data by automated means, interfere with the security or operation of the Site, or attempt unauthorised access to any part of it.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly set out in these Terms.

Nothing in this section limits any warranty or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the statutory rights of consumers in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia and other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumers in the EU, UK and Australia retain all mandatory statutory rights.

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of this Site.

This Site may link to third-party websites, including social media and courier tracking services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
